I take this Vitamin A for my blepharitis or dry eye syndrome, which I've suffered from for some time. It has significantly helped in the last few weeks. I've also begun using Organic Egyptian Carrot Seed Oil in my eyes with great results. We all require Vitamin A, as many vital nutrients are absent from our diets now. If you have eye problems, I recommend trying this.

In my dry office, I continuously wear lenses and look at the monitor, leading to very dry eyes. Even with glasses, I sometimes feel dryness. Therefore, I take vitamin A separately, which has a quick and straightforward effect compared to when I consume it in food.
